Cremation Beads - Welcome!
CremationBeads.com aims to provide the highest quality glass memorial beads available, at an affordable rate. My name is Vaughn Evans, and I have been making glass beads for over 25 years. I personally make every item ordered from this website in Linwood, Kansas.
I generally have a one month turnaround time or less, and I offer bulk pricing.
I made this website to offer more bead options than it's sister-site, CremationMarbles.com. I didn't want to overwhelm that site. If you would like to look at memorial glass options that are not jewelry related, be sure to check that website out.
I only use BOROSILICATE HARD GLASS to make these memorials. "Boro" is a 7 on Moh's hardness scale, while other glass comes in at 5.5 to 6. It's a significant and noticeable difference. The colors are generally more interesting, too.
These beads are a wonderful way to keep a loved one close, whether they end up on a necklace, a bracelet, a coat zipper, a keychain, or anywhere else you'd like. Bulk bead orders are perfect for large families, memorial events, or anyone who had a lot of people who loved them.

Cremation Beads - Standard
Cremation glass beads, made to last. Custom hole size is available. Add a Silver-Core to them to match your favorite bead bracelet, and make them extra durable. The fine silver is pounded into shape around the glass with a hammer!.

Advanced design cremation beads have more time put into them. Designs vary greatly depending on color and size. More color, intricacy, and shaping makes these higher quality beads.

One of a kind cremation pendants in a variety of Designs, at three price levels. 'Drop' pendants are always unique. The Paw Print Pendant is a great way to remember a pet.
Cremation Jewelry
Jewelry is the best way to wear a keepsake. I have decades of experience making jewelry, and I customize each piece individually for each person. Request the length, thickness, style, color, and/or material that you want and I will take care of the rest.
BULK Beads - Standard
Cremation glass beads in bulk are a great way to have something for everyone. I recommend .63" beads as the best overall value.
BULK Beads - Advanced
Cremation glass beads with advanced designs, in bulk. Great for memorials, large families, and those who were loved by many.
You can request sets of beads to come matched in any way you can think of, or all completely different. Just request whatever you would like when you order. Many custom options are possible. There isn't any one set design. If your order is complicated, you will get better results ordering advanced beads. If you order advanced beads without many requests, I will make them extra special for you. I have never had a complaint about my cremation beads! Accept no substitutes for an artist with decades of experience.
All beads larger than half an inch, come standard with a large hole that fits all of the popular bracelet brands, and all of my silver core beads will fit them with even more style. My silver cores are not the cheap ones you may see around. I use fine silver tubing, and hand pound each core onto the beads with a hammer and a press. They are one-piece, and permanent. The process is a cross between blacksmithing and silversmithing. My regular beads are plenty tough, these just have extra protection, and they make the sides look really nice.

Pendants can be made in a specific size, color, or with specific hole sizes, on request. Many customizations can be accomodated.
Customize your jewelry order any way you like, just ask. Add pendants or extra beads to necklaces by ordering both and requesting the combination. We can work out the details through email - vonbeads@gmail.com first if you prefer. You are ordering directly from the artist, so requests are expected. The more I know about what you want, the closer I can come to making it perfect for you.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available, in paper or digital format. We can work out any details with you personally, just ask. Good for this site, CremationMarbles.com, and VaughnEvans.com (for non-cremation glass).
Add-ons
Titanium writing is permanent, and costs one dollar per letter. We ask for an additional $10 for each set of ashes beyond the first on multi-ash orders.

Put YOUR name on the baggie to avoid any mistakes. Let me know if I should hold on to the remaining ash for a future order by writing KEEP in the upper corner.
I recommend double bagging the ashes with zippable baggies. Squeeze all the air out, and put them inside a bubble mailer for added protection.
Do NOT send them in a regular envelope.
If you send multiple sets of ashes, also label the bags with the name of the deceased.
A standard fee of $20 is charged for shipping and handling. $30 outside the US.
All sizes are approximate.
