Cremation Glass Designs

This page lists all of the available designs for cremation objects that have three pricing levels: Basic, Complicated, and Impossible. Choosing one is OPTIONAL.

Pick a specific design by writing it's name in the blank as you order from the Main page. Make sure to purchase the right pricing level!

All of these will work for pendants, but if you decide you would like a paperweight, worrystone or marble instead, go to CremationMarbles.com. For custom orders, email Vaughn at vonbeads@gmail.com

Basic designs

These classic designs are all great options for a keepsake. Designs available at this level are the Hill, Ash Bubbles, Dot Compression, and Air Trap.

Hill

This is my most popular basic design for small cremation marbles.

Ash Bubbles

This design creates a field of bubbles above the ashes, with color behind.

Dot Compression

Dot compression designs have a lot of depth, and often resemble a flower.

Air Trap

This is my most popular basic design for disc paperweights. The molten glass is pushed into a bed of nails, then filled with colored glass to trap the air.

Complicated designs

These more complex designs cost 50% more than the basic designs. Options include the Flower, Dot Implosion, Star, Ribbon, Living Rock, and Chaos.

Chaos

This design has random swirls of color, and is different every time.

Dot Implosion

The dot implosion is a wonderful design for a pendant, but even better for a marble. It's similar to the dot compression but with smaller details. There is a wide range of looks for this design, but the ashes are generally on the back side.

Star

This design has a star shaped pattern of indentations, and is one of my most popular pendant designs.

Flower

The flower design is created by drawing and manipulating glass lines. A variety of patterns can be made, including a rose shape.

Ribbon

Classic twisted glass design. A favorite of many glass collectors, handmade ribbon marbles are fascinating.

Living Rock

This design was inspired by a succulent that I used to have. There are several variations of this pattern. This pendant has a 3-sided Living Rock design. I go as low as 2-sided, and as high as 5-sided.

Impossible designs

These expert marble designs take much longer, and cost twice as much as 'basic' designs. Options include the Reticello, Vortex, Mushroom, Eater, Coral, Wigwag, or any silver and gold fumed 'Complicated' design.

Reticello

Reticello means "opposing spiral". This is my most intricate design.

Vortex

The Vortex design is an optical illusion. It looks much deeper than it really is! Very impressive in person. My best selling design when people can put my work into their own hands.

Eater

The Eater design has inverted teeth in layers surrounding the ash.

Coral

The Coral design resembles coral tubes, and is best as a sphere.
